The Farmhouse is placed in a perfect position, a few minutes away from the sea and from the main touristic sites of archaeological, maritime and naturalistic interest of Eastern Sicily. It is possible to easily conjugate relax with the discovery of culture, nature and Sicilian traditions


Our farm is located in a marvellous coastline characterized by a surprising diversity; with just a few kilometres transfer it is possible to reach beaches with pebbles, gravel and fine sand and the lava cliffs formed in the centuries by contact of the eruptive magma with the sea. In the bathing season you can choose among lidos and free beaches. If you prefer the free beaches, feel free to ask us for beach umbrellas.


Our land is dominated by Etna, the highest and most majestic active volcano in Europe, 3340 mt a.s.l.
Fascinating in every season, allows excursions at any time of the year. It is possible to trek, visit caves, admire ancient eruptions, the fauna and flora.
Various characteristic towns invite you to discover their traditions and architectures characterized by lava stone.

Book now your tour on Etna with Jeep and departure from the farm with a visit to the craters and authorized guide

we organize a half-day tour to visit the most important, active and interesting areas of Etna.
We leave from your hotel with our 4×4 vehicle, authorized, in the north-east direction, after a couple of km we will stop inside the national park accessible with authorized guide since there are about 45 side craters.
After a walk of about 40 minutes we will visit 5 side craters, one of which is still open and you can see the real size of a crater.
In this area we will observe all types of lava, minerals, volcanic desert and pioneer plants of our volcano.

After visiting the craters at high altitude with our jeep we will do 2 km off road to discover the last big eruption on the north side, finally on the east side we will visit with helmets and lamps provided by us of the small craters inside, a expansion with small stalactites inside and a 26 km fracture that divides Etna into two parts, it moves 14 millimeters a year.
the visit will be carried out in areas of volcanological and scientific interest with a qualified guide.

Placed on an upland overhanging the sea, especially renowned for its landscapes and for the beauty of its fourteenth-century architecture and archaeological sites (the Greek-Roman theatre, perfectly preserved and hosting many prestige events).

Charming medieval town close to Taormina, it owes its name to the ancient Norman castle whose ruins are still visible.

Catania 26 Km
Old city rich of history, a late-baroque architecture prevails along the streets of the city centre, raising from the earthquake of 1693: the Dome, the fountain of the Elephant, the Town Hall, Palazzo Biscari, Piazza Università, the monastery of Benedettini, via Etnea. There are also many witnesses of other ages: the thirteenth-century Castello Ursino and the Greek-Roman ruins belonging to the amphitheatre, The Odeon and the Theatre.

Piazza Armerina 110 km
The city was conquered by the Normans around 1100, since then there came one after another the dominations of the Svevi, Angioini e Aragoneses. Various are the archaeological remains, but surely the most important is the late-Roman Villa del Casale (320-370), discovered in 1950 and become Human Heritage in 1997 for its extraordinary mosaics, perfectly preserved in the course of the centuries.

Siracusa 95 km
The city, which was once capital city of Sicily, was the first one to emerge in the Italian peninsula for culture, richness and military power. Founded in 733 b.C. by the Corynths, it reached its maximum magnificence in the Greek period under the tyrant Gelone, when the most important men of letters and scientists came to Siracusa. The city never lost its importance and remained capital until the Bizantine period.
Of extraordinary beauty and importance is the archaeological park of Neapolis, with one of the largest and most well-preserved Greek theatres and the Paolo Orsi archaeologial museum.
The fascinating Island of Ortigia stands in the centre of Siracusa with its late-baroque architecture raised after the earthquake of 1693.

Noto 115 km
The city was a colony of Siracusa and was then dominated by the Arabs, the Normans and the Aragoneses.
After the earthquake of 1693 it gained its actual baroque style for which it has received the acknowledgement of city belonging to the Human Wold Heritage.

Caltagirone 110 Km
Situated in the central part of Sicily, in the heart of the calatino territory, it is famous for the production of ceramics, activity which was developed since the times of the ancient Greeks.
