Are animals allowed?

Yes, it is possible to bring animals with you if they are announced in advance and by prior arrangement.

Are sanitary measures against Covid-19 respected?

Yes, we can guarantee you a safe stay thanks to constant disinfection services.

Are there smoking rooms?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the flats.

Is there a car park?

Yes, we have ample free and secure parking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 10:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19:00.
We kindly ask you to give us a few days in advance an approximate time of arrival and to call us on the day of arrival, one hour before checking in, at the following number +393472361843. Please contact us for any different requirements and we will try to meet your needs.

Can I cancel my reservation?

  • For cancellation one month before arrival the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded;
  • For cancellation within 15 days before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded;
  • For cancellation beyond these limits the entire amount of the deposit will be retained by the farm;

In the event of a cancellation due to Covid (sudden cancellation of travel or flights, illness contracted a few days before departure with proof of illness) we will convert the deposit into a travel voucher that can be spent at the hotel at another time.

What are the payment methods?

It is possible to pay by credit card or bank transfer for online purchases of products and booking of rooms/apartments.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, when you arrive at the company you will receive credentials to access the service.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, the overnight stay includes breakfast, during which you can enjoy the products of our farm, excellent organic jams, fresh fruit, homemade cakes and typical products.

Do you have a shuttle service?

You will find all major car rental companies at Catania Airport.
Contact us if you need to book a transfer from the airport to our hotel.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Yes, both bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen is changed weekly (additional changes on request).

Are all the utensils available for cooking?

Yes, in some flats there is a small kitchen equipped with utensils.

Are there restaurants or supermarkets nearby?

Yes, there is a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, bar and a large supermarket in the vicinity of the farm.

Are there any pharmacies nearby?

Yes, the nearest pharmacies are in the hamlets of Guardia and Carrubba.
